Stick Barometer, in essentially original condition,
with arched top and engraved ivory register
plates, signed by the maker and bearing Fahrenheit
and Réaumur mercury thermometer; the
slender trunk of ‘flame’ mahogany,
concealing original barometer cistern tube,
terminating within turned cistern cover.
