Good quality and unusual
early 20th Century brass-cased ‘Kew-Pattern’
Marine Stick Barometer, the cylindrical trunk
with silvered and glazed register plate, scaled
in inches, bearing rack-and-pinion operated
vernier and signed by the makers; the lower
section, mounted, exceptionally, with “Gold
slide” with correction factors, and terminating
in iron cistern. The barometer is supported
on original brass gimbals.
